Coverage Options Not Available at This Time

At Thimble, we’re always looking for ways to expand and improve our coverage offerings to better serve our clients. However, certain coverage options are currently unavailable:

1. Business Auto Coverage: Thimble does not offer Business Auto coverage at this time. Clients requiring auto insurance for commercial vehicles should seek a standalone business auto policy.

2. Umbrella Coverage: Thimble policies do not provide Umbrella or Excess Liability coverage. Clients needing higher liability limits may want to consider a separate umbrella policy.

3. Per Project General Liability (GL) Limit: Thimble policies do not include the option to set a unique General Liability limit for individual projects. Coverage limits apply consistently across all projects within a policy term.

4. Increased Damage to Rented Premises Coverage: We currently do not offer higher limits specifically for damage to rented premises. The coverage limit for this category is set at a standard amount, which cannot be adjusted.

5. Sexual Abuse and Molestation (SAM) Coverage: Thimble policies do not include Sexual Abuse and Molestation (SAM) coverage at this time.

6. "Action Over": Thimble's General Liability policies do not provide coverage for "action over" claims. These claims arise when an injured employee sues a third party, such as a property owner or general contractor, who then seeks indemnification from the employer. Since Thimble's policies exclude coverage for injuries to employees, we do not cover the employer's liability in such scenarios.
