How do I login to my Thimble Broker Portal?

Go to broker.thimble.com  & enter the email and password you used when signing up!

Trouble logging in, how do I reset my password?

We’ve been there! Simply click on “Forgot Password” on the Thimble Broker Portal login screen and within a few minutes you’ll get an email with instructions.

What is my Broker ID (Producer Code)?

Your Broker ID is the unique number Thimble assigns to you for your account. To view it, log into the Thimble Broker Portal and click on My Account on the left side of the screen.

Am I able to update my email address?

Email us at brokerprogram@thimble.com and we can help get this updated for you.

Where can I add my logo for co-branding?

Adding your logo is quick and easy! Simply log into the Thimble Broker Portal and click on My Account on the left side of the screen. Under Name and Contact Information you will find the heading “Agency logo”. You’ll see the link “Upload Logo” which will walk you through the steps to add your logo.
